Corporate Bar Case Study

Brief

To provide a bar service for the summer garden party for a large corporate client.

Around 3000 guests were expected. Guests would be arriving promptly at 7pm with service finishing at 9.30pm. Guests would have drinks tokens for alcoholic drinks with soft drinks to be readily available. There would need to be a selection of soft drinks, draught beers and cider and choice of wine and pimms.

The successful contractor would be expected to set-up and dismantle all bar equipment, provide drinks, staff and any other associated equipment to facilitate the service.

What our team provided

Due to the time constraints of the service and access, we were required to set up and clear all equipment on the day of the event.

Our team arrived early on the day with all the bar units, beer dispense equipment and cooling equipment. It was decided that two bars, one either side of the event space, would be the best way to ensure that guests would receive a speedy and efficient service. This also helped to ensure the quality of the product to be served. All wines and soft drinks were kept overnight in refrigeration to make sure these products were also cold.

Before service a staff briefing was held with the service team. This ensured that all were aware of the presentation and professionalism required. Also the team received their tasks for the evening.

As our clients guests arrived, all were greeted with a highly professional and efficient service. With no waiting times at the bar and a quality product, the evening was a great success.

At the end of service all bar equipment was taken away in a timely fashion.
